You will find him working in the field alongside his employees insuring every job gets his full attention. Josh has over 15 years of construction experience and brings that knowledge to all of his job sites.

She is the owner of kozemodern.com design as well as is a licensed Realtor. If you're looking for a fixer upper, Ande can walk into a home and help you envision what the space would look like renovated. Together, Josh and Ande have flipped homes and have been a dynamic team for anyone looking to renovate Real Estate.
